Jacquets Autocars' regular lines in Haute-Savoie
In order to welcome you in the best conditions and due to the high number of passengers between December 21th and April 27th 2024, ticket reservations are compulsory on all lines. Outside this period, booking is not mandatory and tickets can be purchased directly from our drivers.

Certain timetables on our regular lines are available by reservation only. To find out which timetables require telephone booking, please refer to the timetables for each bus line.
To book a journey at these times, simply contact the reservation centre via +33 4 87 73 72 74 no later than 4pm the previous day. For a Monday departure, bookings must be made by 4pm on Friday at the latest.
People with reduced mobility
An alternative service is available for wheelchair users. This service is available on the same routes and at the same times as the regular lines.
To use this alternative service, contact the booking centre by telephone via + 33 4 87 73 72 74 no later than 4pm the previous day. For a Monday departure, bookings must be made by 4pm on Friday at the latest.

Some rules
Each year, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Regional Council publishes rules governing the operations of services for the regional intercity transport network. In particular, these regulations set out the requirements for fares and conditions of travel.

10 journey pass
10 journey pass is valid for a single journey, from point A to point B, without connection. It requires the creation of a contactless card, which can be reloaded and issued in our offices only.
Once the card has been issued, the purchase and/or top-up of 10 journeys can be made with the driver, on our premises or via our online shop.
Monthly pass
The monthly pass is valid for a single journey, from point A to point B, with no limit on use, for one month. It also requires the creation of a contactless card, which can be reloaded and issued in our offices only.
Once the card has been issued, a monthly pass can be purchased and/or topped up at the driver’s premises or via our online shop.
Déclic offer
The Déclic offer provides discounts on transport tickets for young people – aged between 6 and 26 – living in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. To become a card holder, a request must be made to the Region.
It entitles you to a 50% discount on one-trip tickets and 10-trip books purchased from the driver, in our offices or via the online shop.
For €300 – and reserved for schoolchildren and students subject to certain conditions – a 300 pass allows free travel during the school year on the home–school route (1 return trip per day).
For €400 – and reserved for apprentices, workers, jobseekers or any young person under the age of 26 under certain conditions – a 400 pass allows free travel on the same line for 1 year.
All these offers require the creation of a contactless, rechargeable card, which will be issued in your name and on our premises only. Once the card has been issued, a monthly pass can be purchased and/or topped up at the driver’s premises or via our online shop.
