Transport on demand (TOD)
Some schedules of the regular services are by reservation only, this is called «Transport on demand» (TOD).
Please refer to the current time sheet in order to identify the services on reservation required.
The reservation is made only by telephone, with the reservation center: 04 87 73 72 74 at the latest the day before before 04:00 p.m. (for a departure on Monday, at the latest on Friday before 04:00 p.m.)
Alternative services reserved for people with reduced mobility
The alternative service is reserved exclusively for persons who require a wheelchair to get around.
It allows them to make the same trips as valid users, on the same days and at the same times as the conventional network.
In order to be served by the alternative service, people with reduced mobility must make a request to the reservation center, by telephone only: 04 87 73 72 74 at the latest the day before before 04:00 p.m. (for a departure on Monday, at the latest on Friday before 04:00 p.m.)
The recognition of entitlement is checked by the reservation center with a request for proof: disability card or medical certificate in the case of temporary use of the wheelchair.
There are no means or domicile conditions for the use of the service.
Children under 6 years old not accompanied by an adult are not accepted on the service.
Travel which may be covered in the context of the transport of pupils and students with disabilities cannot be provided by the substitution service referred to herein.
The accompanying persons of rights-holders are accepted in the alternative transport vehicle under several cumulative conditions:
– seats are available in the vehicle and not occupied by rights-holders,
– the accompanying persons have a valid transport ticket for the use of the network,
– the accompanying persons are themselves suitable for the use of public transport and cannot claim the status of rights-holders.
The number of accompanying persons for the same beneficiary cannot exceed two.
